So an excited Faye disclosed to an equally excited me a week beforehand that Saturday the 4th would be a trick-or-treat extravaganza at Halloweentime-bedecked DCA so Disney costumes were a must-need. Our conflicting schedules during the week left us to the day of the event to concoct themed apparel. I don't think I've ever sewn so speedily in my life, but by God's grace, 3 costumes de Faye, Ryan, and myself materialized in an afternoon. We then grab Jireh, and then swung by Jigger's, and lo and behold, to our sheer astonishment, the most supreme of surprises greeted us! (Many thanks to all party guests for the photos!)
T'was more magnificent than any Disney day! An Arabian affair of utmost grandeur in Agrabah beckoned toward us
in the sumptuous palace of the host of the night to remember, Aladdin.
T'was "a small world after all" as friendly folks hailed from all nooks and crannies of the earth to partake in the festivities: Hercules and Megara, 
a fairy and a mademoiselle,
Snow White and Dopey,
Nala,
Garzonian citizens AstroJean and AstroHo,
a Yoda-toting Jedi,
and Tiger Lily and Chief.
Lovely pals whipped up a most lavish of feasts,
featuring zesty tacos,
delectable Porto's,
delicate sushi shared amongst chitter chattery chums,
and tasty home-baked babycakes
with a dash of Sprinkles generously bestowed upon a Spartan and Alice, who indubitably prefers this Wonderland,
with heartfelt thanks to dear pals for a most jovial "It's a Small World After All" birthday gala in Agrabah, theming together Jireh's favor for the world and my fancy for all things Disney!
Thank you so so SO very much, everyone, for the extreme thoughtfulness, fastidious attention to every detail of the evening, and tireless effort in executing this surprise birthday fanfare! God is so good in gifting us dear friendlies! I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!!!!!
